NINJIO Named Gartner’s Customers’ Choice for Second Consecutive Year

That’s why we’re elated to have been named Gartner’s Customers’ Choice in Security Awareness Computer-Based Training for the second year in a row. The report evaluated NINJIO’s reviews against the reviews of ten other leading companies in the security awareness training space.

Methodology 

Customers shared their satisfaction with the vendor products, negotiations with the vendors, customer support for the product or service, and the amount of effort it took to implement it. Then, they gave an overall score and indicated their willingness to recommend the solution. Finally, their responses were quantified in scores out of five.

Results

Here’s how NINJIO stacked up, based on 66 reviews as of April 30, 2018.

NINJIO earned the highest average customer review of 4.9 out of 5 stars.

NINJIO ranked highest for Willingness to Recommend at 99% average.

NINJIO ranked highest in Service and Support, with a score of 5 out of 5 stars.

NINJIO ranked highest in Evaluation and Contracting, with 4.9 out of 5 stars

NINJIO ranked second-highest in Integration and Deployment, with 4.8 out of 5 stars.
