Dr. Shaun McAlmont is CEO of NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training and is one of the nation’s leading education and training executives. Prior to NINJIO he served as President of Career and Workforce Training at Stride, Inc., had a decade-long tenure at Lincoln Educational Services, where he was President and CEO, and served as CEO of Neumont College of Computer Science. His workforce and ed tech experience is supported by early student development roles at Stanford and Brigham Young Universities. He is a former NCAA and international athlete and serves on the BorgWarner and Lee Enterprises boards of directors. He earned his doctoral degree in higher education, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco, and his bachelor’s degree from BYU.

Matt Lindley

Previous to NINJIO, Tom was the Founder and President of Haverty Consulting, a group dedicated to helping companies exceed their communications and marketing goals. Clients included Occidental, The Ohio State University James Comprehensive Cancer Center and OSU’s Wexner Medical Center, Leica Camera, as well as many start-up companies.

Tom’s career has spanned over 25 years working with international brands such as Apple, Starbucks, and Expedia while in leadership roles at various global digital advertising agencies.

Craig Rosenblatt

Craig Rosenblatt is the Chief Financial Officer at NINJIO where he manages all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, and corporate finance. He also oversees and manages NINJIO’s human resources activities. Prior to NINJIO, Craig spent 11 years in finance and operations leadership roles at various SaaS and digital media companies including AirFind, Pongalo (now owned by Univision) and 3Cinteractive (now owned by Cisco). During his tenures, Craig was instrumental in building out the finance, operations, legal and HR business support capabilities and functions. Craig also spent more than 10 years in private equity and investment banking at TPG Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Keegan. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Dave Jablonski

David Jablonski is the Chief Animation Officer of NINJIO. Michigan-born and raised, Dave started his career creating art and animation for online games and digital storybooks. He’s drawn it all, from an interactive Bible app for children to an entire web series about a street fighter with too much power for his own good. Nothing is off limits. While not setting out to get into the “edutainment” space, his unique blend of art and engaging storytelling has served him well at NINJIO, having produced over 100 episodes in the past six years that teach people about cybersecurity in a meaningful way. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University. His hobbies include collecting hobbies and not really doing anything with them.
