How NINJIO Ranks Among the Nation’s Top Security Awareness Training Companies

NINJIO was recently crowned the top-ranked security awareness & training (SAT) company on the market. In the study, conducted by SoftwareReviews and Info-Tech Research Group, competitors were assessed across a broad range of customer satisfaction metrics — and real, active customers weighed in.

NINJIO blew away the competition in a number of categories — but don’t just take our word for it! Here’s how the study was conducted, and what the results revealed.

Methodology:

SoftwareReviews collected data from 259 respondents, 45 of which were NINJIO customers, making NINJIO the most-reviewed vendor in the study. Of all of the vendors in this category—Barracuda PhishLine, BeOne Security Awareness, Cofense, ControlScan Security Awareness, CybSafe Security Awareness Training, Infosec IQ, Inspired eLearning Security Awareness, Kaspersky Security Awareness, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, LUCY, MediaPro, Mimecast Awareness Training, NINJIO, Proofpoint Security Awareness Training, SANS EndUser Training, Sophos Phish Threat, Terranova Security Awareness Training, The Security Awareness Company, ThreatCop, and Webroot Security Awareness Training— just ten were reviewed in the final report.

The respondents, who are IT and business professionals, were asked to rate the products they use in a number of categories. Ths included:

  • Product Features and Satisfaction: The satisfaction is captured in the overall satisfaction score, which is driven by the likelihood of users to recommend the software, combined with user satisfaction across top product features.
  • Vendor Experience and Capabilities: The vendor relationship is calculated in a weighted average of the satisfaction scores tied to vendor capabilities (e.g. software implementation, training, customer support, product roadmap) as well as emotional response ratings toward the vendor (e.g. trustworthy, respectful, fair).

These products were ranked by a composite satisfaction score (Composite Score) that averaged four different areas of evaluation: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend. The Net Emotional Footprint Score measured user emotional response ratings. The report makes clear that “each product is compared and contrasted with all other vendors in their category to create a holistic, unbiased view of the product landscape.”

Results:

NINJIO reigned supreme across nearly all categories. The average composite score was 8.1, and NINJIO topped the charts at 9.3/10. The 10 products reviewed in the final report included NINJIO, Infosec IQ, Webroot Security Awareness, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, Terranova Security Awareness, Mimecast Awareness Training, Inspired eLearning, SANS EndUser Training, Kaspersky Security Awareness, an Proofpoint.
