Tom McKelvey

Tom is co-founder and Managing Partner of Gauge Capital, a private equity firm with over $3 billion in assets under management. He leads the firm’s business services and technology vertical and currently serves on the boards of NINJIO, Exact Customer, 7 Mindsets, Apple Roofing, CENTEGIX, Craftable, eDynamic Learning, and SAGO.

Gary Noke

Gary Noke is the CEO of NINJIO and a highly successful chief executive. Prior to joining NINJIO, Gary held a number of senior management roles in SaaS companies. Most recently, he was CEO of Intensify, a leading AI-powered martech platform. He also served as CEO of PrizmHR, the leading Human Resource Outsourcing solution, where he grew the company 10-fold during his tenure through organic and acquisition-based growth. Gary has held executive roles at Bullhorn Inc., Veritude (a Fidelity Company), Tac Worldwide (now Advantage, a Cerberus Company), and Salesnet (now part of Oracle). Gary holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College.

Garrett Fritz

Garrett is an accomplished information security executive and Chief Technology Officer with a proven history of building high-performing technology solutions. He is the founder and managing partner of MetaCTO and has developed technology for global brands ranging from Liverpool FC, Northeastern University, and Major League Baseball. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sam Smith

Sam is a Principal at Gauge Capital and is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring. He leads the firm’s investing efforts in education and knowledge solutions and HCIT. Sam serves as a Director of NINJIO, CENTEGIX, 7 Mindsets, eDynamic Learning, and Streamline Healthcare Solutions.

Sam Yang

Sam is a Vice President at Gauge Capital and is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio company monitoring. He works in the firm’s enterprise software sectors. Sam currently serves on the boards of NINJIO, Exact Customer, Craftable, and CENTEGIX.

ZacK Schuler

Zack Schuler is the Founder and a Board Member of NINJIO, a leader in the Cybersecurity Awareness Training space, recognized by Gartner Peer Insights as the highest rated in our industry. With over 1,000,000 viewers a month, NINJIO AWARE, the flagship product, empowers employees at some of the world’s largest organizations on how to protect themselves against cyber threats and cyber scams. As our clients’ employees make the paradigm shift that NINJIO is built to protect themselves, they, in turn, protect the organization they work for, in addition to their family, and their friends.

Prior to NINJIO, Zack founded Cal Net Technology Group, an I.T. Consulting and Security firm in 1995. Zack grew Cal Net into one of the larger MSPs in Southern California before selling the company to a private equity firm in 2013.

Zack holds a B.S. from California State University Northridge and has served on the boards of charitable groups supporting children’s causes, opportunity & empowerment, and education.

Chief Growth Officer

Heather Ansell

Heather Ansell is the Chief Growth Officer at NINJIO and a proven leader in driving sales, strategy, and revenue growth. Prior to joining NINJIO, Heather held senior executive roles across the SaaS, dental, and healthcare industries. She most recently served as CRO and Managing Director at Large Practice Sales and as VP of HRC Sales & Strategy at Mitratech, following its acquisition of Circa, where she was Chief Sales Officer. Heather also held key leadership positions at Covetrus, Henry Schein, and MicroMD. She earned a B.B.A. in General Business and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating cum laude.

Chris Fitkin

Chris Fitkin is the Chief Technology Officer at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training, where he leads product strategy, technology innovation, and engineering delivery. With over 25 years of experience, he focuses on building scalable, secure solutions that strengthen security culture, elevate user experience, and drive meaningful business results.

Before joining NINJIO, Chris held senior product and engineering roles at MetaCTO, Olive, Power Digital Marketing, and several technology startups. His career spans founding his own software firm, leading high-growth teams, mentoring emerging technical leaders, and delivering platforms used by companies across a wide range of industries.

Information security Officer

Matt Lindley

Matt Lindley is the Chief Innovation & Information Security Officer of NINJIO and has extensive experience in the cybersecurity space. Previously, Matt was the CEO and Principal Consultant of REIN Cybersecurity which focused on Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). Matt has also served as the Director of Security Services at Cal Net Technology Group and the virtual CIO at Convergence Networks. He has held many other leadership positions in the industry, and he’s an authority on IT, security, GRC, and operational maturity.

Chief Marketing Officer

Tom Richards

Tom is the Chief Marketing Officer at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training, where he is the leader of the marketing functions, member of the senior executive team, and spokesperson for the brand. He has long advocated for stronger cybersecurity practices across companies to keep people and their data safe. Previous to NINJIO, Tom was the Founder and President of Haverty Consulting, a group dedicated to helping companies exceed their communications and marketing goals. Clients included Occidental, The Ohio State University James Comprehensive Cancer Center and OSU’s Wexner Medical Center, Leica Camera, as well as many start-up companies.

Tom’s career has spanned over 25 years working with international brands such as Apple, Starbucks, and Expedia while in leadership roles at various global digital advertising agencies.

Chief Animation Officer

Dave Jablonksi

David Jablonski is the Chief Animation Officer of NINJIO. Michigan-born and raised, Dave started his career creating art and animation for online games and digital storybooks. He’s drawn it all, from an interactive Bible app for children to an entire web series about a street fighter with too much power for his own good. Nothing is off limits. While not setting out to get into the “edutainment” space, his unique blend of art and engaging storytelling has served him well at NINJIO, having produced over 100 episodes in the past six years that teach people about cybersecurity in a meaningful way. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University. His hobbies include collecting hobbies and not really doing anything with them.

Ramsay Eltaher

Ramsay Eltaher is the EVP of Client Services at NINJIO, driving its product and technology vision while spearheading AI commercialization to fuel growth. As former VP of Service Delivery, he revitalized NINJIO’s operations, strengthening its competitive edge. With over 25 years of expertise, Ramsay brings a trifecta of Product Management, Software & IT expertise, and Service Operations leadership, shaped by Microsoft, Cisco, and Fortinet. A native of Ottawa, Canada, Ramsay scaled his software startup 12x to successful exit.

Vice President of Client Experience

Kevin Baroudi

Kevin Baroudi is the Vice President of Client Experience at NINJIO, where he leads the teams responsible for elevating how security practitioners engage with NINJIO to reduce human risk at scale. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across SaaS, FMCG, and CPG industries, Kevin specializes in building and growing high performing organizations that combine people, process, and technology to drive measurable outcomes. His approach centers on creating systems that not only solve today’s challenges but unlock sustainable long term growth.

Throughout his career at NINJIO, Kevin has progressed through multiple leadership roles that shaped his operational range and strategic perspective. As Vice President of Revenue, he expanded market presence, strengthened go to market alignment, and implemented growth frameworks that improved acquisition and retention performance. Now overseeing Client Experience, he focuses on deepening customer value, accelerating adoption, and scaling programs that turn clients into long term advocates.

Kevin earned an Executive MBA from the Martin V. Smith School of Business and Economics. He is committed to continuous improvement, team development, and building the capabilities that position NINJIO and its clients for the next stage of growth.
